Expectations

Another stop on this year’s Till Lindemann tour, this time in Nuremberg. It was already my sixth show of this tour, so of course I know the structure, songs, and staging very well by now. Still, each city brings its own atmosphere, its own crowd energy and, surprisingly, even new merch-related situations.

Arrival, Merch & Beer

The Nuremberg venue itself is easy to reach, has good acoustics, but the inside felt a bit tight. There was only one merch stand, unlike most other cities where there were two. That already made everything feel more crowded and explains why some items were sold out unusually early.

And that brings us to the biggest surprise of the evening:The fish was sold out — before the concert even began. This was the first city where this happened.

I had said many times in previous reviews that the fish would never sell out because they seemed to have plenty in every city. But this time my friend wanted to buy one early, and the staff told us they were already sold out.

My guess is that each city gets a fixed stock, and some cities buy faster than others. So if someone really wants a fish: don’t wait — buy it right away.

The price also changed:

  • In Düsseldorf and Hamburg: 20 euros

  • From Munich onward: 25 euros

Another surprise: the keychain was also sold out when I got there. It’s a very nice item, well made, and apparently more popular than I expected.

The pin for 10 euros is also getting rare. When I bought mine, the seller had the last one loose on the counter and said it was the final one of the evening.

There was also a Lindemann patch with gold embroidery. I’m not a patch expert, but the design looked very good.

The Lindemann tote bag was 10 euros. I have too many tote bags already, but this one looked nice and wasn’t available in the online shop, so I bought it.

The tour poster was the usual 5 euro design — good print quality, but still with a large empty area below the name where I wish the tour dates would be. Still, for 5 euros you can’t complain.

Beer was Tucher, 6 euros plus 3 euros pfand, different from Munich.

Aesthetic Perfection

Aesthetic Perfection keep getting better and better.Daniel’s voice sounds extremely strong on this tour, probably the best I’ve heard from him in years.

Their set is always the same songs, and if you’ve seen them before, you’ll know all of them, but they deliver them with great charisma and the crowd responds with a lot of energy.

Even the songs I personally don’t like — for example Summer Goth — were performed well, and a lot of people clearly enjoyed them.

Overall, a very solid and fun opener.

Till Lindemann

For this show I had a category 1 seat, no standing area this time. The view was great, but the sound was not perfect. The bass was very loud, constantly vibrating, and I heard the same feedback from several friends who sat in different sections. I assume the standing area sounded better, but that’s just a guess.

Still, I enjoyed the concert completely.

Till was in top vocal shape again.

The Düsseldorf show was harder for him, but already in Hamburg he recovered, and in Nuremberg he delivered one of his best vocal performances of the whole tour.

His voice sounded full, powerful and clean.

The entire band feels perfectly chosen for this tour:

  • Momo on bass

  • Brynn on keyboards and as a top level pole dancer

  • Andrea & Luisa, the dancers of The Sinderellas

  • Joe on drums, Emily on guitar, and the second guitarist

Every single one of them adds something important.

And the dancers are incredible — Luisa mixes ballet, flamenco, expression and contemporary moves into something extremely elegant and dramatic.

Brynn is always a highlight with her pole dance sections and stage presence.

From the front in Munich, I said that the new lineup makes the stage itself far more interesting, and that remains true here. One can look left, right, up, down — there is always someone doing something cool.

The setlist is the same as always: 18 songs, perfectly synchronized every night. No shorter or longer shows.

The new songs are all there except Meine Welt, which remains only a short intro.

My highlights remain:

  • Über das Meer – his best song live

  • Du hast kein Herz – powerful and intense

  • Und die Engel singen – emotional and beautiful

  • And for the crowd: Tanzlehrerin, always a major highlight

Luisa’s choreography fits the song perfectly and is one of the most impressive pieces of the whole show.

Final Thoughts

Another fantastic night on this tour.

Even with the heavier bass in the seats, the concert was excellent.

Till sounded fantastic, the band delivered perfectly, and the dancers added so much to the overall experience.

If you want specific merch items like the fish or the keychain, buy them early.

Nuremberg showed that not everything is guaranteed to be available later.

A strong performance and another unforgettable night with Till Lindemann.
