TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded through our online shop between Niflheim Records (Luis Alfredo Godoy Alvarez) and our customers.

 

2. CONTRACT CONCLUSION
A contract is concluded when you place an order and we confirm it via email.

 

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are final prices.

Bank transfer

As a small business operator under § 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge VAT. No VAT is therefore shown on our invoices.

 

4. SHIPPING

Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined in detail in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

 

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (including new sealed vinyl records) once the seal has been broken after delivery, in accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

 

6. LIABILITY
Statutory liability provisions apply.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. The statutory limitation period for claims concerning defects in new and used goods is generally two years from delivery. Special statutory provisions remain unaffected. The condition of used items is stated in the relevant product description. We use our published grading methodology (Sleipnir Grade) to assess used vinyl records. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods remain the property of Niflheim Records until full payment has been received.

10. PRE-ORDERS

For pre-order items, payment is collected at the time of order. Release dates are indicative and subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor. If a release date is delayed or changes significantly, you retain the right to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund by contacting us at kontakt@niflheimrecords.de.

11. CONTRACT LANGUAGE AND STORAGE

The contract language is German or English, according to the language selected during checkout. We store your order details but the contract text is not publicly accessible after completion. You will receive a copy of your order confirmation via email.
