1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last goods; for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, upon receipt of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision (for example, by email or post) to:

You may also use the “Withdraw Contract” function on this website. The model withdrawal form below is optional. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

2. RETURNING THE GOODS

Send the goods back to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Sending them before that deadline is sufficient.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, provided you were properly informed of your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g(2) no. 6 BGB). Merely opening the packaging of other goods does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal. Statutory rights concerning defective goods or incorrect deliveries remain unaffected.

4. REFUNDS

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Additional costs arising from a different delivery method chosen by you are not reimbursed.

We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without charging you a refund fee. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
