SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies:

1. SHIPPING COSTS

Germany

Flat rate shipping fee: €4.90 (via DHL with tracking)
Free shipping on orders over €60

European Union

Flat rate shipping fee: €13.90 (via DHL International with tracking and insurance)
Free shipping on orders over €100

⚠️ We do not currently deliver to the following regions due to customs restrictions and higher shipping costs: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla (Spain); Azores, Madeira (Portugal); Corsica and French overseas territories (France); Campione d’Italia and Livigno (Italy).

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Within Germany: 2–4 business days
Within the EU: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as holidays or delays with the shipping provider.

3. SHIPPING PROVIDER

All orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking. For smaller shipments within Germany, we may use Warenpost or Maxibrief with tracking to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party, other than the carrier) received the goods.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition
For sealed items (e.g., vinyl records), the seal must remain intact

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This will occur within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
