  • Do you offer customer support by phone?
    At the moment, we do not offer phone support. Please reach out via email for the fastest response.

  • How do I place an order?
    Simply select the vinyls you want and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete the payment.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us at kontakt@niflheimrecords.de as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfer.
  • What is your return policy?
    You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. For sealed vinyl, the seal must remain intact.
  • Who covers the return shipping costs?
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
  • How do I initiate a return?

  • Do you sell new or second-hand vinyl records?
    We sell both! Each product listing clearly states whether the vinyl is new or second-hand, along with its condition.
  • How do you grade second-hand vinyls?
    We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading vinyl records, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. The grading is detailed in each product description.
  • How do you prepare and inspect second-hand vinyls for sale?
    All our second-hand vinyls are placed in anti-static sleeves outside the original sleeve. If the vinyl includes an original inner sleeve (OIS), it is kept inside the outer sleeve for protection. We manually clean all vinyls (until we get a machine) and listen to them at least once to verify their quality. If you’re unsure about the state of a vinyl, you can request detailed pictures. While we try to fulfill every request as quickly as possible, we may not be able to guarantee it due to time constraints.
  • How should I care for my vinyl records?
    Store your vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Clean them gently with a soft, anti-static cloth to maintain sound quality.
  • Do you sell limited editions or exclusive releases?
    Yes, we occasionally offer limited editions or exclusive releases. Check our shop regularly or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping within Germany is €6.99 via DHL with tracking. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At the moment, we only ship within Germany.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
