Expectations
Another stop on this year’s Lindemann tour, this time in Düsseldorf and my first time visiting the city. Before the concert I explored a bit, and Düsseldorf really impressed me. A beautiful and lively place with many small, unique shops, not only big chains. I also found several vinyl stores and even one shop mixing vinyl, action figures, cards and collectibles, all very stylishly arranged. I can recommend the city already just for that.
This was my third Lindemann show of the year, so of course I already knew most parts of the concert. But every city has its own details, atmosphere and surprises, and Düsseldorf added a few new elements compared to Frankfurt, Dortmund and Leipzig.

Arrival, Merch & Beer
The PSD Bank Dome is very easy to reach since the Straßenbahn stops directly in front of the venue. I expected chaos after the concert, but everything worked smoothly. One tram after another, quick boarding, no crowds, no stress. Very well organized.
I had a paid Golden Circle ticket this time. In Frankfurt that front area was free for early arrivals, but Düsseldorf followed the normal paid system used in most cities.

The merch stand had almost everything I had seen in the other cities, but with one new item: the Lindemann fish. It costs 20 euros, you hit it, and it starts vibrating and moving. I didn’t plan to buy it at first, but shortly before leaving I thought: this is actually a fun memory of the show, considering the fish moments on stage. So I picked one up.
Pins and keychains were the same as in the other cities, priced at 10 and 15 euros. The tour shirt was the same design I bought in Frankfurt for 45 euros, with surprisingly good print quality. The tour cups also matched the previous shows, only that Düsseldorf used the larger 0.5 liter cups, just like Dortmund.
Beer was Becks, cold and better than expected. There was also Füchschen Alt, which I loved. I enjoy Altbier in general, so that was a very welcome option.
Aesthetic Perfection
Aesthetic Perfection opened the evening again. I’ve seen them many times as Lindemann’s support act, but this tour is the one where I like them the most. They’re doing the same show as always, but somehow it hits better now — cleaner sound, better atmosphere, maybe simply the right mood. There are a few songs that I personally don’t like, but that’s just taste, not quality. Overall they delivered a strong warm up, and the crowd reacted very well. They announced an upcoming tour, and if the ticket prices remain reasonable, I can absolutely recommend seeing them live in a club setting.
Till Lindemann
Compared to my previous shows this year, Till’s voice in Düsseldorf was noticeably more strained at some moments. Not everywhere — for example, Blut was sung very well — but on songs like Altes Fleisch the voice sounded tired. I only noticed it because I have already seen several shows on this tour. If Düsseldorf had been my first date, I probably wouldn’t have paid much attention to it.
What mattered most was that the concert still felt fantastic live. The crowd was loud, motivated and extremely friendly. The Dome was not fully sold out in the seated areas, but the ground floor felt packed and the overall atmosphere was great. I talked to a few people around me and everyone was in a very positive mood.
The setlist is the same as on the other shows of this tour. “Knebel” is still only included as a short moment connected to Über das Meer, which works well. Songs like Steh auf are no longer part of the tour, not even at the summer festivals. My highlights remained the same as always:Über das Meer as the absolute number one, because Till’s voice fits the song beautifully, and Du hast kein Herz, with that powerful drumming that gives the track so much intensity. Und die Engel singen was also good, although here I felt the voice was not as strong as in Frankfurt.
One change compared to earlier dates was the moment when the dancers go on the upper platform. In Frankfurt they had wings, in Dortmund and Düsseldorf they didn’t. Honestly, I think removing the wings was the right decision — the version without them simply looks cleaner and fits the atmosphere better.
Overall, despite some vocal fatigue, it was a strong, emotional and very enjoyable concert. Till gave everything he had, and the show absolutely worked.
Final Thoughts
A great night in Düsseldorf.Friendly people, easy access, a nice venue, cold beer, and a few new merch surprises. Even if Till wasn’t at one hundred percent vocally, the concert was absolutely worth it. The show remains powerful, theatrical and unique, and I would still recommend it to anyone.
